NEW ORLEANS - Grand Valley State placed six runners on the Division II United State Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches of America (USTFCCCA) All-American teams. Four women and two men earned the honors, following a season in which the women finished second and the men took fifth.

In all, the USTFCCCA named 33 women and 40 men to the teams following the Division II Cross Country Championships. On the women's side, GVSU was second with four runners on the team. Megan Maceratini, Katherine McCarthy, Kelly Gibbons and Lynsey Ardingo were all named all-americans. Tyler Emmorey and Ryan Toth earned USTFCCCA All-American plaudits from the men's team.
