2004: Zemba ran to a third place finish at the GLIAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:32 helping the Lady Lakers to a conference championship. Zemba came back at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet to finish the 6K course in 22:05 and finishing second overall leading the Lakers to a Regional Championship. Then at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, Zemba led the Lakers to a fourth place finish with a 6K time of 22:42 and a 14th place finish.

2003: Redshirted the cross country season.

2002: Zemba led the Lakers with a third place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship after losing a shoe early in the race and finished in 34th place at the NCAA Cross Country Championship with a 6K time of 23:08.

2001: Zemba finished third at the GLIAC Cross Country Championship and competed in the NCAA Cross Country Championship at Slippery Rock.

High School: Zemba recorded best times of 19:08 in cross country, 2:20 in the 800, 5:18 in the 1600, and 11:40 in the 3200 Personal: Mandi Zemba was born on July 1, 1983 in Menominee, Michigan. She is the daughter of Alex and Vicki Long and is currently majoring in Health Science at Grand Valley State.
