2007 Cross Country: Finished 19th at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 23:41.

2007 Outdoor: Finished the 5000-meter in 18:10.67 at the Spartan Invite (4/14).

2007 Indoor: Placed 6th in the 3k at the Grand Rapids Championships with a time of 10:58.71 (2/17).

2006 Cross Country: Placed 20th at the Aquinas College Open with a time of 19:35 (9/8)...Finished 16th at the Michigan Intercollegiate Championship with a time of 20:12.7 (10/6).

2006: Clocked a 18:50 5k outdoor...Placed fourth at the GLIAC meet, finishing the 10k in 39:24.

2005: Indoor, ran a 19:30 at the Grand Rapids Championships...Set her collegiate best in the 5k running a 19:45, then went on to run a 18:39 during a team time trial... At Michigan Intercollegiates she ran a 6k personal best of 23:40.
