2006: Indoor, Placed second in the mile at the Grand Rapids Championship finishing in 5:26.0...Outdoor, placed 34th in the 1500M with a 4:59.53 at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays.
2005: Placed 34th at the Bulldog Invitational finishing the 5k in 19:51.10...Placed 30th at the Michigan Intercollegiate Meet running a 24:24.70 6k.
Personal Best: Pam ran a personal best time of 24:30 for the 6K at the 2004 GLIAC Cross Country Championships.
High School PR: 5k - 20:24
