2005: Named second team all-conference...Set 6k PR of 22:30.1 at the regional meet to place 13th.

2004: Finished 17th at the GLIAC Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 23:09 (PR) helping the Lakers to a GLIAC Championship...Served as an alternate at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.

2003: Posted a 6K time of 23:14 at the GLIAC Championships at Ferris State and was awarded first team Academic All-GLIAC...Went on to serve as an alternate at Great Lakes Regional Meet and at the NCAA National Championships.

High School: Achieved Academic All-State honors in CC and track...Ran best times of 5:13 in the 1600 at the Indiana State meet and 2:24 in the 800 at Sectionals.
