Grand Valley State senior setter Nicole Bayle earned GLIAC North Player of the Week honors for helping #24 Grand Valley State win three GLIAC home matches, including a 3-2 win over archrival Ferris State. Bayle tallied 125 assists (11.36 per game), 20 kills, 11 service aces, a .462 attack percentage, 30 digs, and six assisted blocks in the three games.

In the 3-2 win over the Bulldogs, Bayle recorded 51 assists, 10 kills, five service aces, and 13 digs. Nicole has moved into fifth place on Grand Valley's career assist list with 3,350.

The Lakers will travel to Hillsdale on Oct. 17 at 7:00 p.m. and to Wayne State on Oct. 18 at 4:00 p.m.
