Grand Valley State finished the regular season with a 3-0 (30-24, 30-18, 30-21) win over Lake Superior State. The Lakers have compiled a 24-6 overall record and a 16-2 GLIAC record. GVSU will play in the GLIAC Tournament in Battle Creek, Michigan next weekend. The schedule will be determined and posted the beginning of the week.

Leading the way for the Lakers, was Tracy Kirk who tallied a team-high 12 kills, a .357 hitting percentage, three service aces, 10 digs, and six blocks. Megan Helsen added 21 digs and Molly Young had 18 digs. Nicole Bayle recorded 14 digs, 52 assists, and three aces, while Sabrina Bird added three aces and three blocks.

GVSU held Lake Superior State to a -.087 hitting percentage on the game.
