2004-2005: Zemba is an All-American in the DMR finishing 4th and competed in the Mile at the NCAA Indoor Championships...Zemba was the GLIAC Indoor Champion in the DMR and was runner-up in the mile with a time of 4:54.73...Zemba then went on finish seventh in the 3000m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:48.88...Zemba was also the GLIAC Outdoor Champion in the 1500m and the 3000m and finished third in the 800m.

2003-2004: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor season.

2001-2002: Zemba became Grand Valley Track & Field's first individual National Champion by winning the 1500m, with a time of 4:28.5, at the NCAA Outdoor Championship in San Angelo, Texas.

High School: Zemba recorded best times of 19:08 in cross country, 2:20 in the 800, 5:18 in the 1600, and 11:40 in the 3200.

Personal Best: 800m: 2:11.80, 1500m: 4:28.35, and 3000m: 9:45.22.

Personal: Mandi Zemba was born in Menominee, Mich. and is the daughter of Alex and Vicki Long...Mandi is an Academic All-American and is on the Dean's List at Grand Valley State...Mandi is currently majoring in Health Science.
