2003-2004: Recorded season best times of 21:41 for the cross country 5K, 2:36 for the 800 indoor and 2:37 for the 800 outdoor.

2002-2003: Ran a 21:18 5K at the Pre-Regional meet on Grand Valley's home course....Recorded a 2:30 in the 800 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship.

2001-2002: Had season best times of 21:48 for the 5K, 2:25 for the 800 indoor and 2:30 for the 800 outdoor.

High School: Four time state qualifier in track....Ran personal best times of 20:36 in cross country, 2:25 for the 800, and 5:38 for the 1600....Salutatorian of her graduating class.
