2003-2004: Took third place in the 400 and 2nd in the 4x400 at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with times of 57.0, and 3:55.8 respectively....Conference Champion in the 400 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 55.4....Qualified and competed in the 400 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

2002-2003: Conference Champion in the 400 at both the GLIAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships....Qualified and competed in the 400 at the NCAA Indoor Championships.

High School: Finished second at the state meet in the 400 earning All-State honors.
