2003-2004: Recorded season best times of 19:55 for the 5K at the Aquinas Invitational and 25:35 for the 6K at the GLIAC Championship....Placed fourth in the 10K at the GLIAC Outdoor championship with a time of 39:59.

2002-2003: Ran season best times of 21:27 in the 5K at the Michigan Intercollegiate and 25:35 in the 6K at the GLIAC Championship....Took eighth place in the 10K at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 40:01.

High School: Had personal best times of 5:52 in the 1600, 12:23 in the 3200, and 21:24 in the 5K....Named Team Captain, MVP, and Most Improved.
