2003-2004: First team All-Conference at the GLIAC Cross Country Championship....Took sixth place at the NCAA Regional meet with a time of 22:11....Finished 27th at the NCAA National meet with a time of 22:48....GLIAC Indoor Champion in the mile and 800....Was sixth in the mile at the NCAA Indoor National Championship with a new school record of 4:48....GLIAC Outdoor Champion in the 3000.....Ran a pr of 9:51 in the 3000 at the Sea Ray Relays in Knoxville, Tennessee....Finished eighth in the 3000 and earned her sixth All-American title At the NCAA National.

2002-2003: Second Team All-Conference in the GLIAC Cross Country Championship....Finished 33rd at the NCAA National Cross Country Championship in Ashland, Ohio earning her first All-American title in cross....GLIAC Indoor Conference Champion in the mile and the 4x800....Placed fifth in the mile and 8th in the 5K at the NCAA Indoor National Championship....GLIAC Outdoor Conference Champion in the 1500....Finished in fourth place in the 1500 at the NCAA Outdoor National Championship.

2001-2002: Redshirted cross country season....GLIAC Indoor Champion in the mile....GLIAC Indoor Freshman of the Year....Placed eighth in the mile at the NCAA Indoor National Championship.

2000-2001: Earned Second Team All-Conference honors in cross country....Redshirted indoor and outdoor track.

High School: Upper Peninsula state champion in cross country, 800, 1600, and 3200....Had prs of 18:59 in cross country, 2:15 in the 800, 5:00 in the 1600, and 11:20 in the 3200.

Personal: Born October 29, 1981....Daughter of Al and Deann O'Dell....In the School of Physical Therapy at Grand Valley.
