Three Lakers hit provisional qualifying marks on first day
2011 Track: Participated in the outdoor season, grabbing four top five finishes...Finished third in the steeplechase at the FSU Bulldog Invite with a time of 11:04.90...Came in sixth in the steeplechase at the Hillsdale Gina Relays with a time of 10:42.02...Placed seven at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:38.72 in the 1500 meter run...Participated in the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships, earning All-American honors after finishing seventh in the steeplechase with a time of 10:38.48.
2010 Track: Finished fourth at the GVSU Big Meet in the mile with a time of 4:54.20...Placed fourth at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the 800m run with a time of 2:12.90 and was a member of the first place DMR...At the NCAA Indoor Championships, ran the 1600m leg of the fourth place DMR team and placed ninth in the mile...Finished ninth in the 3k steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays with a school record time of 10:36.22...Set the GLIAC Outdoor Championship record in the 3k steeplechase with a time of 10:48.09...Placed 12th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 3k steeplechase.
2009 Cross Country: Placed eighth at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a time of 19:04...Finished 25th at the GLIAC Championships with a 6k time of 22:52.
2009 Track: Finished third at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the mile with a time of 5:01.31...Placed 12th at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the mile...Ran a P.R. of 10:49.97 in 3000m steeplechase at the Hillsdale Gina Relays...GLIAC runner-up in the 3000m steeplechase...Ran the fastest 3000m steeplechase for a freshman in DII qualifying for the NCAA Championships...USATF Junior National qualifier placing third in the 3000m steeplechase and was the alternate for the USA Junior Pan-Am Team.
