2003-2004: Ran season bests of 19:10 for the 5K and 23:10 for the 6K....Served as an alternate for the NCAA Regional and National teams....Finished sixth at the GLIAC Indoor Championship in Findlay with a time of 18:28....Was the conference runner up in the 10K at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship in Hillsdale with a time of 39:14.
