2003-2004: Named GLIAC Champion and GLIAC Runner of the Year with a time of 21:46....Won the NCAA Regional Championship on Grand Valley's home course with a time of 21:31....Placed ninth at the NCAA National meet and earned All-American honors in Cary, North Carolina with a time of 21:45....GLIAC Champion in the indoor 5K....Qualified for and competed at the NCAA Indoor National Meet in the 5K....Qualified for and ran in the NCAA Outdoor National Meet in Walnut, California in both the 3K and the 5K.
2002-2003: Finished third at the GLIAC Championships....Was ninth at the NCAA Regional meet on Grand Valley's home course with a time of 22:35....Earned All-American honors at the NCAA National Meet in Ashland, Ohio by placing 21st with a time of 22:36....Qualified for the NCAA Indoor National meet in the mile....Placed 3rd in the 3K and 8th in the 5K at the NCAA Outdoor National Meet at SIUE....Set personal best times of 16:41 in the 5K and 9:45 in the 3K.
2001-2002: Finished in 22nd place and earned All-American honors at the NCAA National Cross Country Meet in Slippery Rock, PA....Was the national runner up in the 3K at the NCAA National Outdoor Championship in San Angelo, Texas.
High School: Seven-time All-State honoree at Northridge High School.
