2003-2004: Placed ninth at the GLIAC Championship at Ferris State with a time of 22:32 earning Second Team All-Conference honors....Finished ninth at the NCAA Regional meet on Grand Valley's home course earning All-Regional honors....Was 54th at the NCAA National Championship in Cary, North Carolina with a time of 23:20....Redshirted indoor and outdoor track in order to study abroad.
2002-2003: Earned most improved honors in cross country and served as an alternate at the Regional and National meets....Qualified for the 2003 NCAA Outdoor Championship at SIUE with a personal best time of 11:05 in the steeplechase....Academic All-American.
2001-2002: Redshirted cross country season.
High School: Held school records in the 3200 and 1600 with times of 12:06 and 5:27 respectively....Named salutatorian of graduating class.
