2004: Chouinard raced to a 6K time of 23:06 at the GLIAC Cross Country Championships placing 16th overall and helping the Lakers capture the Conference title. Chouinard then competed in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet and finished a strong 10th place overall with a 6K time of 22:43, helping the Lakers to a Regional Championship. Chouinard then finished 41st at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 23:25 assisting the Lakers to a fourth place national finish.

2003: Chouinard ran a 6K time of 22:38 at the GLIAC Championship meet at Ferris State where she earned Second Team All-GLIAC honors. Chouinard placed 72nd at the NCAA National meet in Cary, North Carolina

2002: Redshirted the cross country season.

2001: Chouinard ran 19:11 in the 5K at the Loyola Cross Country Invitational and served as an alternate for the NCAA Regional and National meets.

High School: Adrain recorded her fastest 5K with a 19:45 at the Michigan State meet.

Personal: Chouinard was born in Traverse City, Michigan. She is the daughter of Kevin and Sonjia Chouinard and is currently studying Engineering at Grand Valley State.
