2004-2005: Chouinard was the GLIAC Indoor Champion in the 5000m with a time of 17:42.40...At the GLIAC Outdoor Championships, Chouinard was the GLIAC Champion in the 10,000m with a time of 38:19.82 and qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships...There she finished 13th with a time of 38:55.43.

2003-2004: Chouinard redshirted indoor track...She then went on to finished fourth at the outdoor GLIAC Championships...2002-2003: Chouinard ran an indoor 3K best time of 10:33 at the GLIAC Championships and redshirted the outdoor track season.

2001-2002: Chouinard finished Second Team All-Conference in the 5K at the GLIAC outdoor championships.

High School: Adrian recorded her fastest 5K with a 19:45 at the Michigan State meet...Her personal best time in track included a 12:04 in the 3200m and a 5:38 in the 1600m and was named most improved in 1998 and 1999.

Personal Best: 3000m: 10:12.40, 5000m: 17:26.95, 10,000m: 36:49.94.

Personal: Adrian Chouinard was born in Traverse City, Michigan and is the daughter of Kevin and Sonjia Chouinard...Adrian is currently studying Engineering at Grand Valley State.
