2011 Track: Won the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a toss of 15.56 meters in the shot put, then claimed the national championship at the Division II Indoor Championship with a throw of 16.11 meters...In the outdoor season, she again won the GLIAC title with a throw of 15.22 mters in the shot put and finished fourth in the discus with a toss of 43.36 meters...At the Division II Outdoor Championships, she won her second straight national title with a toss of 15.72 meters.
2010 Track: Placed second in the shot put at the GLIAC Championships with a toss of 14.07 meters...Placed seventh at the 2010 Division II Indoor Championships with a throw of 14.56 meters to earn All-American honors...In the outdoor season, she won the GLIAC Championship in the shot put with a throw of 14.99 meters and finished fifth in the discus with a toss of 38.97 meters...Qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships and finished 15th with a toss of 13.17 meters.
2009 Track: Finished third in the shot put at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a distance of 45'2.5"...Finished fourth in the shot put at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships with a distance of 46'11.75"...Earned 2009 USTFCCCA Division II Outdoor Track and Field All-American honors for the shot put.
Grand Valley Bests: Shot put - 16.11 meters; Discus - 43.60 meters; Weight throw - 15.21 meters.
