2006: Indoor, ran a 5:26.82 mile at the GVSU Open, and a 10:47.11 3000k at the Division II Challenge...Outdoor, ran a 5:07 1500M at the Jack Shaw Classic, and a 10:50.19 3000-meter run at the Bulldog Invitational...Finished the 5000-meter run at the Gina Relays in 18:32.46.

2003-2004: Red shirted cross country....Finished seventh in the mile at the indoor GLIAC Championship with a time of 5:20...Ran a 19:10 for the 5K and a 10:45 for the 3K during the outdoor season.

Personal Best - Ran a personal best time of 22:53 for the 6K.

High School: Earned MVP honors in both cross country and track....Ran personal best times of 2:32 in the 800, 5:33 in the 1600, 11:19 in the 3200, and 19:32 in cross country...Held a 3.5 GPA at Swartz Creek and graduated with honors.
