2006: Placed third in the conference in the 3000M run...Member of the DMR, which placed second at the conference meet and sixth at the national meet where they were awarded all-american honors...Outdoor, placed third in the 1500M at the conference meet...Ran a 9:38.09 at the national meet to a six place finish and second all-american honor...Named to the Outdoor Academic All-American Team.
2004-2005: Bader finished eighth in the mile at the GLIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 5:05.83...Bader competed at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 1500m and placed 11th with a time of 4:39.83...Bader finished fifth in the 1500m with a time of 4:51.77 and fifth in the 3000m with a time of 10:23.14 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships. Named second team all-conference...Set 6k PR of 22:30.1 at the regional meet to place 13th.
2003-2004: Bader ran 4:48 in the 1500 at the Gina Relays and 10:35 in the 3000 at SIUE...High School: Achieved Academic All-State honors in CC and track and ran best times of 5:13 in the 1600 at the Indiana State meet, 2:24 in the 800 at Sectionals and 12:03 in the 3200m. Finished 17th at the GLIAC Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 23:09 (PR) helping the Lakers to a GLIAC Championship...Served as an alternate at the NCAA Cross Country Championships. Posted a 6K time of 23:14 at the GLIAC Championships at Ferris State and was awarded first team Academic All-GLIAC...Went on to serve as an alternate at Great Lakes Regional Meet and at the NCAA National Championships.

Personal: Lauren Bader was born in Mt. Vernon, Indiana and is the daughter of Keith and Karen Bader...Lauren is currently studying Biomedical Sciences at Grand Valley State.
