2006: Ran a 10:10.06 3000-meter run at the Indoor Notre Dame Invitational...Clocked a 17:14.41 5000-meter run at the St. Valentine Invitational...Won the GLIAC Conference 5000m run with a 17:35.18 and competed in the NCAA Championships in the 5000-meter run...Outdoors, competed in the Stanford Invitational 5000-meter run, earning a provisional national meet qualifying time of 17:31.73...Qualified for the National Championships at the North Central Dr. Keeler Invite running the 3000-meter steeplechase in 10:49.70...Won the GLIAC Conference steeplechase with an 11:21.8, and placed 3rd in the 5000-meter the next day with a 17:44.4...Earned All-American Honors at the national championships with a seventh place finish in the steeplechase running an 11:10.10.

2005: Ran an 18:12 5k at the Sean Earl Lakefront Loyola Invitational to place 18th...Placed second in the 6k at the Michigan Intercollegiate Championships with a 22:17.0...Placed sixth at the GLIAC Conference Championships and was 9th at the Great Lakes Regional...Helped the team to a runner-up finish at the NCAA Championships with a 39th place finish.

2004: Redshirted the cross country season.
