Grand Valley State's women's tennis had four players earn GLIAC All-Academic honors for having above a 3.0 GPA. These four girls account for two-thirds of the Lakers starting line-up.

Sophomores Kellen Lynch had a 3.56 GPA in her health science major and Kim VanSprange recorded a 3.49 in biology. Junior Nikki Fairchild had a 3.39 in her education major and senior Stephanie Donston tallied a 3.30 in movement science.
