Grand Valley State fell to Mercyhurst College, 7-2 in a GLIAC matchup. The Lakers are now both 4-4 overall and in the GLIAC.

Marie Cameron came back after dropping the first set, to win at #1 singles for Grand Valley, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4. Nikki Fairchild picked up the Lakers other win at #2 singles, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3.

Grand Valley will play Slippery Rock (9:00 a.m.) and Ashland (3:00 p.m.) tomorrow.
