Results

Allendale, Mich. - Grand Valley State swept past Lewis with a 9-0 victory on Friday at Ramblewood Tennis Center. GVSU did not drop a set and won three matches without giving up single game. The Lakers are ranked #18 in the country and improve to 16-4 on the 2002-03 season.

Marie Cameron, Alison Koopsen, and Kellen Lynch swept their opponents at #1, #3, and #4 singles, respectivley. Nikki Fairchild earned the victory at #2 singles and improves to 19-4 this season. Kim VanSprange and Laura Sukup won the final two matches at #5 and #6 singles.

GVSU hosts Southern Indiana in another GLIAC/GLVC matchup on Sunday at 3:00 pm at Riverview Tennis Club.
