Grand Valley State fell in a close match up with Albion College, 5-4. The Lakers are now 15-4 overall. GVSU will host Walsh University on Saturday, March 29 at 10:00 a.m.
Nikki Fairchild won at #2 singles, defeating her opponent, 6-4, 6-4. Fairchild and teammate Laura Sukup complied a win for the Lakers at #1 doubles, 8-3.
Alison Koopsen picked up the other GV win on the singles side at #3 singles, 6-3, 6-2. Marie Cameron and Koopsen recorded a victory at #2 doubles, 8-5.
