High School: Prepped at Rockford High School under coach Tom Parks...Named all-conference and all-state as a freshman as well as all-American consideration in the 200 free relay after a 12th place finish at states...Sophomore year, was all-conference and all-state as well as all-American in the 200 free relay with all-American consideration in the 400 free relay and finished 10th at states...As a junior, was all-conference and all-state, set a 50 free and 100 fly school record, and was an all-American in the 200 free relay with a seventh place finish at states...Senior year, she was named all-conference, all-state, team captain, team MVP, and was an all-American in the 100 fly with a time of 58.98...She finished second in the 50 free at states with a time of 23.75, and her team finished ninth...She owns four school records and two pool records...Also participated in water polo.
