Grand Valley State split a doubleheader with Western Michigan Sunday. The Lakers won game one, 2-1, and dropped game two, 2-0. The game concluded the fall schedule for GVSU.

In game one, Sarah Paape recorded a double and an RBI and Erin Ballinger had a single and an RBI. Jen Mackson recorded the win with eight strikeouts.

In game two, Paape and Denise Ireton each recorded a single. Alison Crews picked up the win for the Lakers.
