The Lakers tallied 20 hits and 20 runs in the win over Regis College.

Grand Valley had an offensive game as they defeated Regis College, 20-0. The Lakers tallied 20 hits in the game and improve to 7-1 on the season.

Freshman Miranda Titler went 3-for-5, with a triple, four RBI, and three runs scored. Jennifer Goldschmeding was a perfect 4-for-4 from the plate. She hit her first homerun of the season and added three RBI and three runs scored.

Kathryn Danak was 3-for-4 with a RBI and two runs scored. Freshman Shelby Brayton was 3-for-4 with two doubles and her first homerun for the Lakers. She added four RBI and three runs scored.

Nadira Saafir picked up the victory, improving her record to 2-1. She pitched three innings, allowing only three hits, while striking out three. Jennifer Goldschmeding made her first appearance at the mound for GVSU as she pitched the final two innings. She diri d not allow a hit and recorded two strikeouts.

Grand Valley will resume play on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. against Wingate and at 1:00 p.m. versus Missouri Valley.
