Women's Soccer Student-Athletes Earn GLIAC Academic Honors
13 Lakers named to Academic Teams
As a Sophomore (2011)
Saw time in the shutout at Northern Michigan (Oct. 14) ... played 22 minutes in the 5-0 victory against the Wildcats ... earned GLIAC Academic Excellence honors.
As A Freshman (2010)
Appeared in two matches at goalkeeper for the Lakers...Played a total of 24 minutes of shutout soccer and recorded her first collegiate save in the 5-0 win over Michigan Tech (Sept. 17).
High School
Played soccer at Forest Hills Eastern under head coach Paul Rosenbrook ... as a sophomore, she was an All-District selection ... her junior year she was All-Conference, All-District, All-Region and All-State ... was selected as a team captain her junior and senior seasons.
Personal
Daughter of Tim and Tracie Marcus ... enjoys snowboarding and boxing ... majoring in biomedical science.
