Houston, Texas - Grand Valley State moved into third after the third round at the NCAA DII National Championships in Houston, Texas. The Lakers have a 54-hole total of 918 (+54) heading into the final round Friday. Nova Southeastern and Rollins College are tied for first at +23 (887). Ferris State is fourth at +60.

Caitlin Bennett continued her stellar play with a +2 (74) third round and is tied for sixth with a +8 224. Ashley Smith is tied for ninth at 227 (+11) after carding a +6 78, while Tracey Puckering is tied for 26th with a +18 234. Puckering shot +3 75 third round. Allie Tyler is tied for 31st at 237 (+21) and Kristina Langton is tied for 33rd at 238 (+22).
