Results

Findlay, Ohio - Grand Valley State fired an opening round 317, followed by a 316 for a 36-hole total of 633 at the NCAA DII Women's Golf East Regional at Findlay, Ohio. GVSU leads second-place Ferris State by 10 strokes (643). Drury is third at 644. GVSU will complete play in the East Regional with 18 holes Tuesday. The top two teams following Tuesday's final 18 holes will advance to the NCAA DII Women's Golf National Championship May 10-13 at The Meadows Golf Course on the campus of Grand Valley State University.

Laura Leatherman and Kristi Vienneau are tied for fourth with an identical 36-hole total of 155 (+11). Leatherman opened with a 76, followed by a 79, while Vienneau fired an opening round 78 followed by a 77. Kate MacDonald carded a 79 and 80 for a 36-hole total of 159 which placed her ninth. Tracey Puckering is tied for 15th with a 36-hole 164 (+20). Enid Gage is 20th after with a 166 (+22).
