High School: Played four years of golf at Greenville High School in Greenville, MI... Was an All-State selection all four years... Earned the Division 2 Individual State Championship... Was recognized with the US Marine Corps Distinguished Student Athlete Award.
Attended University of South Florida: Redshirted Freshman Year. (1999-2000)
As a Freshman (2000-2001): Scoring Average of 77.25... Best finish was a tie for 12th in the Beacon Woods Invitational.
As a Sophomore (2001-2002): Saw action in 8 of 10 USF tournament appearances with a 79.69 scoring average... Best finish was a T-9th at the UCF Invitational... Played in the NCAA East Regional carding rounds of 72-72-75 = 219 for a 12th place finish, while helping the team qualify for the NCAA Championships at Washington National Golf Club in Auburn, Washington.
As a Junior (2002-2003): Played in 8 of 11 USF tournament appearances with a 78.11 scoring average... Helped USF win their 3rd C-USA title in 5 years, with an individual 7th place finish, earning a place on the C-USA All-Tournament Team... Participated in the NCAA East Regional held at Wake Forest University.
As a Senior (2003-2004): Saw action in 6 of 8 USF tournament appearances with a T-14th place at the Cougar Classic in Charleston, SC. Finished USF with a 79.43 career scoring average.
After College: Worked at the Florida State Golf Association from 2004-2006 as a Tournament Director, primarily working with the Florida Junior Tour and the AJGA (American Junior Golf Association)... Moved back to Michigan in 2006 to work as an Assistant Golf Professional at St. Ives & Tulleymore Golf Resort in Stanwood Michigan and joined Grand Valley as the Assistant Golf Coach in 2009. (3rd season with the Lakers)
Personal: Married to Zach Ingles of Greenville, MI, and parents to twin daughters Emma & Olivia.
