Erika Ryskamp leads Grand Valley State into the NCAA

Allendale, Mich. - Grand Valley State has been selected to host the 2005 NCAA DII Women's Great Lakes Regional Tournament it was announced by the NCAA. Grand Valley State, fresh from a 77-60 victory over Gannon in the GLIAC Tournament title game Saturday, enters NCAA action as the number one seed with a 25-5 record.

The NCAA DII Women's Great Lakes Regional will start Friday (March 11) with four quarterfinal games. The semifinals will be played Saturday night (March 12), with the Great Lakes Regional title game set for Monday (March 14) in the GVSU Fieldhouse Arena at 7:00 p.m.. Friday's game times will be 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., with the semifinals set for 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Saturday.
