Allendale, Michigan - Grand Valley State came up short as they were defeated 69-60 by the Lakers of Lake Superior State. GVSU was lead in scoring by Julie Zeeff with 16 points. Zeeff grabbed 5 rebounds and recorded 5 blocks on the night, as well. Cori Jewett added 13 points, while Erika Ryskamp added 12 for the Lakers.

Lake Superior State was lead by Randi Johnson who scored 27 points in 37 minutes of work. GVSU is now 2-5 overall, and 0-2 against GLIAC opponents. The Lakers return to action on December 19, where they take on Davenport University at the GVSU Fieldhouse at 7:00 pm.
