Grand Valley State's men's cross country team was one of 56 Division II teams that earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors.

For schools to qualify as an All-Academic Team, the student-athletes on their NCAA eligibility list must have a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher. As a team, Grand Valley tallied a 3.09 GPA. Western State won the All-Academic Men's CC Team of the Year award as it captured the NCAA DII National Championship title in the fall.

Grand Valley also earned this honor a season ago.
