Laker Men Finish Second at Penn State Invitational
GVSU finishes only eight points behind Penn State in the team competition
2011 Track: Ran a 8:55.13 in the 3000m at the GVSU Tune Up...Ran the 5000m in a time of 15:45.50 at the GVSU Big Meet.
2010 Cross Country: Finished 10th at the Hillsdale Charger Invite with a time of 26:41.3 while running unattached.
2010 Track: Redshirted.
2009 Cross Country: Redshirted.
Grand Valley Bests: 3000m - 8:55.13...5000m - 15:45.50.
High School: Three-time MHSAA Division I All-State in Cross Country, finishing 11th in 2008...Led teams to two top-five finishes in State Finals.
High School Bests: 1600m- 4:23...3200m- 9:36...5000m- 15:38.
