2011 Track: Ran a 14:24.13 in the 5000m at the GVSU Holiday Open...In the 3000m, ran an 8:29.55 at the Mike Lints Alumni Open...Finished third at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the 3000m with a time of 8:33.91...Third at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the 5000m with a time of 14:47.10...Placed fifth in the 10000m at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 31:07.
2010 Cross Country: Won the Hillsdale Charger Invite with a time of 24:47.4...Finished sixth at the Spartan Invite in a time of 24:51...Finished 24th at the Penn State Invite in a time of 25:57...Placed 26th at the Greater Louisville Classic in the Gold race with a time of 24:27.21...Finished second at the Midwest Regional Championship with a 10k time of 30:58.77...Placed 15th to earn All-American honors at the NCAA Championships with a time of 31:13.0...Recipient of the GLIAC Commissioner's Award.
