Laker Men Dominate for 10th Straight GLIAC Crown
GVSU runners finish in five of the top six spots to give the Lakers the title
2011 Track: Ran a 14:34.04 in the 5000m to win the GLIAC Indoor Championship...Ran 14:19.31 in the 5000m to win the GLIAC Outdoor Championship...Ran a 14:25.54 at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 5000m.
2010 Cross Country: Finished third at the Hillsdale Charger Invite with a time of 24:56.8...Placed 32nd at the Greater Louisville Classic in the Gold race with a time of 24:27.21...Finished 33rd at the Penn State Invite in a time of 26:06...Earned an eighth place finish at the Midwest Regional Championships with a time of 31:21.92 in the 10k race...Placed 39th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 31:38.0.
2010 Track: Placed seventh at the Eubanks Open in the 3000m run with a time of 8:31.41...Finished third at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the 5000m run with a time of 14:43.17...Competed at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 5000m run and ran a PR of 14:35.32...GLIAC Outdoor runner-up in the 5000m.
2009 Cross Country: Finished 20th at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 25:30...Placed 10th with a time of 25:17 at the GLIAC Championships, receiving All-GLIAC Second Team...Finished 21st at the NCAA Midwest Regionals with a time of 33:47...Placed 50th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 33:01.
2009 Track:Placed second in the mile and third in the 3000m at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...Finished eighth in the 1500m and second in the 5000m at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...Ran a NCAA Provisional time of 14:40.15 winning the Hillsdale Charger Classic.
2008 Cross Country: Finished third at the Michigan Intercollegiate Championships...Crossed the line sixth at the GLIAC Championships with a P.R. of 25:09...Finished 10th in the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 32:28...Placed 33rd receiving All-American honors at the NCAA Championships with a time of 32:06.
