2003: Prowant placed 20th at the GLIAC Cross Country Championship with an 8K time of 25:54. He then went on to finish 19th at the Great Lakes Regional Championship covering the 10K course in 32:32. Later Prowant took 119th at the NCAA Cross Country Championship helping the team to a 14th place finish.

2001: Prowant ran an 8K personal best of 26:19 at Wisconsin Parkside and recorded a 34:00 for the 10K at the Great Lakes Regional Championship for 34th place. High School: Prowant earned All-State honors in cross country with a time of 15:45 finishing 13th overall.

Personal: Jason Prowant was born on January 22, 1983 to parents Debra and Charles Prowant in Muskegon, Michigan. Jason is currently finishing his work in Movement Science with an emphasis in Coaching.
