2006: Won the GLIAC Conference Indoor Championships 5k with a 14:44.22...Redshirted the outdoor season.

2005: Finished third at the GLIAC Conference Championships covering the 8k course in 26:45.2...Placed 8th at the Great Lakes Regional meet finishing the 10k course in 32:00.5...Earned All-American Honors after placing 18th at the NCAA National Championships with a 32:27.7 10k.

2004: Finished 13th at the GLIAC Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 26:04. Took 17th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet helping the Laker to a first place finish in a 10K time of 32:57. Competed in the 2004 NCAA National Championships and finished with a 10K time of 33:29 to help the Lakers finish 6th in the nation.

2003: In his Redshirt Freshmen year, Pabst finished fifth and was recognized as Freshman of the Year at the GLIAC Cross Country Championship with an 8K time of 25:15...Went on to take a ninth place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Meet completing the 10K course in 31:57...Finished 62nd at the NCAA Cross Country Championship helping the Lakers to a 14th place national finish.

2002: Redshirted the cross country season. Did not compete. High School: Set a school record in cross country with a 5K time of 16:22 at Highland High School where he also earned All-Ohio honors in track and cross country and graduated third in his class. He recorded personal best times of 9:36 in the 3200, and 2:00 in the 800.

Career Best: Completed the 8k at the 2003 GLIAC Meet in 25:15.6...Finished the 10k at the 2003 GL Regional in 31:57.9...Clocked a 4:18 mile...Finished indoor 3k in 8:23 at Notre Dame...At Gina Relays (2005) completed 5k outdoor course in 14:38...Finished outdoor 10k course in 29:58.47 at Stanford Invitational.
