Laker Men Dominate for 10th Straight GLIAC Crown
GVSU runners finish in five of the top six spots to give the Lakers the title
2011 Track: Ran an 8:30.99 in the 3000m at the GLIAC Indoor Championship to capture the conference title...Ran a 14:43.13 in the 5000m at the Mt. SAC Relays...Finished 15th in the 5000m at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.
2010 Cross Country: Finished fifth at the Hillsdale Charger Invite with a time of 26:23.6...Placed 48th at the Greater Louisville Classic in the Blue race with a time of 26:08.10.
2010 Track: Redshirted.
2009 Cross Country: Redshirted.
Grand Valley Bests: Mile - 4:21.34...3000m - 8:30.99...5000m - 14:43.13.
High School: MHSAA DIII All-State in 2008 Cross Country...Anchored the 4x800 relay team to a DIII State Championship.
