Cross Country Racks Up GLIAC All-Academic Honors
17 women and 15 men are honored for their efforts in the classroom
2011 Track: Ran a 9:07.02 in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Hillsdale Gina Relays...Finished second at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:03.85 which qualified him for the NCAA Outdoor Championships...Ran a 9:11.87 at the NCAA Championships.
2010 Cross Country: Finished 11th at the Hillsdale Charger Invite with a time of 25:34.8...Ran a 25:51 to place 37th at the Spartan Invitational...Ran a personal best of 25:29.08 at the Greater Louisville Classic in the Gold race.
2010 Track: Placed seventh at the NCAA DII Team Challenge in the 3000m run with a time of 8:47.75...Finished third at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:30.20.
2009 Cross Country: Placed 17th at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 25:39.
2009 Track: Redshirted.
2008 Cross Country: Redshirted.
Grand Valley Bests: Mile- 4:20.26...3000m- 8:47.57...3000m Steeplechase- 9:03.85...5000m- 15:14.60.
High School: Three-time MHSAA All-State in the UP in Cross Country...2008 UP Division I State Champion in the 1600 and 3200.
