2006: Set personal bests indoor in the mile at the Grand Rapids Championships and the 3k at the Mike Lints Challenge with a 4:27.9 and a 9:00.53, respectively...Outdoor, went on to set a new PR at the WMU Jack Shaw Classic running the 1500 in 4:09.3.

2005: Ran a personal best 8k with a 26:58.8 at the Michigan Intercollegiate Cross Country Invitational.
