2006: Indoor, finished a 9:07.82 3k at the Bob Eubanks Open...Ran a 4:27.01 mile at the Grand Rapids Championships...Ran a 9:09.50 3000-meter race at the Jack Shaw Classic, and a 4:04.64 1500M to finish 6th at the GLIAC Conference Championships.

2005: Ran a 25:58.00 8k at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational...Placed 9th at the Michigan Intercollegiate Meet in the 8k race and went on to finished 28th at the GLIAC Conference Championships.

Grand Valley Bests: 1500m- 4:04.65 (GLIAC Championships)...8000m- 25:35.80 (Bulldog Invitational).
