2005: Abston took 12th place at the GLIAC Championships covering the 8K course in 27:12.

2004: Redshirted the Cross Country season.

2003: Abston took 17th place at the GLIAC Cross Country Championship with an 8K time of 25:48. He then went of to finish in 36th place at the Great Lakes Regional Championship with a 10K time of 33:06. Abston later ran 35:06 at the NCAA Cross Country Championship to help the Lakers to a 14th place national finish.

2002: Abston ran a season best 8K of 26:06 at the Michigan Intercollegiate Meet.

High School: Casey was a USATF All-American at Lawrence North.

Personal: Casey Abston was born on August 26, 1984 to parents Bill and Sandy Abston in Indianapolis, Indiana. Casey is currently majoring in Economics and Marketing.
