Allendale, Mich. - Grand Valley State University head track and field coach Jerry Baltes announced his recruit list for the 2008-09 season. These recruits will join men's and women's track teams that just won their ninth-consecutive GLIAC indoor titles. The current track teams will compete in the Division II National Indoor Championships this weekend in Mankato, Minn.

"We are very excited about this incoming class of student-athletes," Baltes said. "We feel this group of men and women bring a hugh level of potential and enthusiasm to the program."

"Our hopes and expections are that the addition of this class to our already-established group of student-athletes will allow us to continue to compete at a high level in the GLIAC and on the national stage," Baltes added.
