Charlotte, N.C. - Grand Valley State's Tyler Emmorey crossed the finish line sixth in the 3000-meter steeplechase at day one of the 2010 Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Charlotte, N.C. The junior ran a time of 9:07.76, which will place him in the finals on Saturday (May 29).
Teammate Jeff Nordquist placed 14th in the steeplechase with a time of 9:28.16, while sophomore Paul Zielinski finished 13th in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 31:23.76.
The Lakers will compete in day two of the meet on Friday (May 28). Live results will be provided and can be found at the link below.
