2010 Track: Ran a mile PR of 4:18.32 at the GVSU Open...Placed fourth at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the 5000m run with a PR of 14:44.02...Ran a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 30:07.25 at the Mt. SAC Relays...GLIAC Outdoor Champions in the 10,000m run with a time of 30:18.62.
2009 Cross Country: Placed 14th at the Spartan Invitational with a time of 25:27...Finished fifth at the GLIAC Championships with at time of 24:57...Crossed the finish line seventh at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 32:42...Finished 39th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 32:49.
2009 Track:Ran a P.R. of 8:33.66 for 3000m at the Eubanks Open...Finished sixth in the 3000m at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...Ran a P.R. of 30:44.51 for 10000m at the N.C. State Raleigh Relays...Was GLIAC Runner-Up in the 10000m Outdoors.
