2003-2004: An up and coming runner at Hillsdale College...Placed 13th at the GLIAC Cross Country Championship earning Second Team All-Conference honors...Took third place in the 5000 at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with a time of 15:14.
High School: Led the Rockford Rams to a Division I state title placing sixth at the state meet with a time of 15:45...Took sixth in the 3200 at the state meet with a best time of 9:20...Two-time OK Red Champion in cross country.
